1. (a) Prior to the date of expiration, a firm certificate of registration shall be renewed as follows:

   1. (1) Completion of the application pursuant to Saf-C 1203.01 and Saf-C 1203.02; and
   2. (2) Payment of the applicable fee, as set forth in Saf-C 1206.01(e).

2. (b) Prior to the date of expiration, an individual certificate shall be renewed as follows:

   1. (1) Completion of the application pursuant to Saf-C 1204.01 through Saf-C 1204.03; and
   2. (2) Payment of the applicable fee, as set forth in Saf-C 1206.01(f).
