- (a) Within 30 calendar days of receipt of the completed application, the department shall review the application and determine whether or not to issue an individual certificate.
- (b) The department shall approve the application and issue an individual certificate if it meets the requirements of Saf-C 1204.01 and Saf-C 1204.02.
- (c) If an application is denied, the department shall notify the applicant in writing of the reasons for the denial.
- (d) Any applicant who has been denied an individual certificate may request an administrative hearing in accordance with RSA 541-A and Saf-C 200.
