N.H. Code Admin. R. Saf-C 1203.05

Required Notifications

Effective Nov 6, 2010(See Revision Note at chapter heading for Saf-C 1200) #9810-A, eff 11-6-10Commissioner, Department of Safety

(a) A holder of a firm certificate of registration shall notify the department, in writing, by mail, to the address set forth in Saf-C 1203.02(a), within 30 calendar days of the following:
1. (1) A change in any of the officers set forth in Saf-C 1203.02(b)(6);
2. (2) A change in the business name or address;
3. (3) A change in the RME at the firm’s location;
4. (4) The business ceases to operate; or
5. (5) The business ceases to operate under the name listed on the certificate.
