Denial of Authorization

- (a) In determining whether to grant or deny citation authority, the commissioner shall review the application for citation authority, and grant authority if the applicant complies with the provisions of Saf-C 1102.01.
(b) The commissioner shall deny an application for citation authority if the applicant has been convicted of any of the following:
- (1) A crime against person or property; or
- (2) A crime involving the breach of a fiduciary duty.
- (c) The commissioner shall notify the applicant, in writing, of the reason(s) for denial of citation authority.
