1. (a) Upon receipt of a completed application, an applicant who is not required to complete a knowledge or road skills examination may obtain a driver license or non-driver identification card at any driver licensing office during regular business hours.
2. (b) Upon receipt of a completed application, an applicant who is required to complete a knowledge examination may take the examination at any driver licensing office.
3. (c) Upon receipt of a completed application, an applicant who is required to complete a road skills examination shall schedule an appointment at any driver licensing office during regular business hours.

4. (d) The appointment set forth in (c) above, shall include the following:

   1. (1) Location and time; and
   2. (2) Notification that the applicant shall be required to provide proof of positive identification.
5. (e) In the event it is necessary for the division to reschedule an appointment, the division shall notify the applicant by letter, or if available, by telephone or e-mail.
6. (f) In the event an applicant fails to give the division at least 24 hours notice of their inability to appear for a scheduled appointment, the appointment shall be rescheduled no sooner than 30 days after the date of the initial failure to appear.
