1. (a) If applying for an original Real ID compliant driver license or non-driver identification card, an applicant shall submit the required identity and residency documentation as listed on form DSMV 634A “Identity and Residency Requirements (Federally compliant),” (rev. 06/23).
2. (b) If applying for an original non-Real ID compliant driver license or non-driver identification card, an applicant shall submit the required identity and residency documentation as listed on form DSMV 634B “Identity and Residency Requirements (Not Federally compliant),” (rev. 06/23).
