N.H. Code Admin. R. Rko 209.02

Summary Dismissal

Effective May 20, 2024#13921, eff 5-20-24Ombudsman, Office of the Right-to-Know Ombudsman. Office commenced operation on 1-27-23

(a) The ombudsman shall summarily dismiss a complaint, without hearing, either sua sponte or upon motion, if the respondent identified in the complaint is part of:
1. (1) The government of a nation other than the United States;
2. (2) The United States federal government;
3. (3) The government of a state other than the state of New Hampshire;
4. (4) The government of a municipality which is not a political subdivision of the state of New Hampshire; or
5. (5) The judicial branch of New Hampshire state government.
