Time of Issuance of Orders of Notice

Effective May 20, 2024#13921, eff 5-20-24Ombudsman, Office of the Right-to-Know Ombudsman. Office commenced operation on 1-27-23

The office shall issue an order of notice as described in Rko 210.01:

(a) Pursuant to RSA 91-A:7-b, not earlier than the 21st day after the filing of a complaint; and
(b) Pursuant to RSA 541-A:29, II, not later than 60 days from the filing of a complaint.
