Construction of Rules
Effective May 20, 2024#13921, eff 5-20-24Ombudsman, Office of the Right-to-Know Ombudsman. Office commenced operation on 1-27-23
These rules shall be applied by the office so as to foster the just, accurate, and efficient resolution of complaints in such a manner as to advance the objectives set forth in:
(a) New Hampshire Constitution, Part 1, Article 8;
