Non-Payments

An operator shall not be responsible, except as provided in Rev 705.08, for the remittance of any tax due as a result of non-collection of:

(a) A dishonored check;
(b) A credit card charge not honored by the issuing bank; or
(c) Tax when a person leaves without paying.
