“Pick-ups” means those properties throughout a municipality having values adjusted due to:

1. (a) New, newly modified, or on-going construction;
2. (b) Demolitions;
3. (c) Errors or omissions;
4. (d) Subdivisions, boundary line adjustments, or lot mergers;
5. (e) Tax map corrections or zoning;
6. (f) Current use;
7. (g) Statutory exemptions; or
8. (h) Abatement review.
