“Person” means any:
- (a) Individual;
- (b) Corporation;
- (c) Partnership;
- (d) Trust;
- (e) Estate;
- (f) Limited liability company;
- (g) Association;
- (h) Joint venture;
- (i) Non-profit organization;
- (j) Receiver, trustee, guardian, or other representative appointed by order of any court; or
- (k) Governmental unit.
