Revenue from licenses permits and fees shall be classified as the following accounts:

1. (a) Account 3220, motor vehicle permit fees for unincorporated places, classification shall be for revenues from motor vehicle permit fees levied on residents in unincorporated places;
2. (b) Account 3230, building permits in unincorporated places, classification shall be for revenues from the issuance of building permits in unincorporated places; and

3. (c) Account 3290, other licenses, permits, and fees, classification shall be for revenue, not otherwise classified, from:

   1. (1) Licenses;
   2. (2) Permits; and
   3. (3) Fees.
