Revenues from the state of New Hampshire shall be classified into the following accounts:

1. (a) Account 3351, shared revenue - block grant, classification shall be for intergovernmental revenue received from the state of New Hampshire pursuant to RSA 31-A;

2. (b) Account 3354, water pollution grants, classification shall be for intergovernmental revenues received from the New Hampshire department of environmental services, division of water, pursuant to RSA 486 in the form of:

   1. (1) Operating grants;
   2. (2) Entitlements; or
   3. (3) Shared revenues; and

3. (c) Account 3359, other state grants and reimbursements, classification shall be for intergovernmental revenues, not otherwise classified, received from other state of New Hampshire departments in the form of:

   1. (1) Operating grants;
   2. (2) Entitlements; or
   3. (3) Shared revenues.
