1. (a) Except where the time is fixed by statute, any party may move to extend or shorten the time provided for the filing of any document, or advance or postpone the time set for any hearing.

2. (b) A motion for change of time shall only be granted upon a showing of just cause by the moving party, such as, but not limited to:

   1. (1) Complexity of legal or factual issues;
   2. (2) Newly discovered evidence that was previously unavailable;
   3. (3) Illness; or
   4. (4) A scheduling conflict.
