1. (a) Form MS-60A, shall be filed by a municipality except a solid waste management district, to report to the department on the type of audit that will be conducted of the municipality and the schedule for completion of the report by uploading it to the Municipal Tax Rate Setting Portal (MTRSP) or hand delivering it to the department at:

2. (b) Form MS-60A shall be filed 10 days after the close of the fiscal year.
