A landowner may appeal the decision made pursuant to Rev 1802.01 (f) within 180 days from the date of decision by filing with:

1. (a) The New Hampshire board of tax and land appeals pursuant to RSA 79 B:5; or
2. (b) The New Hampshire superior court within the county where the property is located pursuant to RSA 79 B:5.
