“Political subdivision” means any:
- (a) County;
- (b) City;
- (c) Town;
- (d) School district;
- (e) Village district;
- (f) School administrative unit;
- (g) Conservation district;
- (h) Refuse disposal district; or
- (i) Other body corporate and politic created by the legislature as a political subdivision.
