N.H. Code Admin. R. Rev 1007.04 – Tobacco License Application

(a) Manufacturers and wholesalers intending to engage in the business of selling or distributing tobacco products in this state shall:
1. (1) Complete and file Form DP-31, “Application for Tobacco Tax License”, with the department in accordance with Rev 1008.10; and
2. (2) Remit the applicable statutory fee pursuant to RSA 78:6, IV.
