1. (a) Upon issuance of a notice of service adjustment pursuant to Ret 304.10, the NHRS shall rescind credit for service which had been incorrectly granted to a member in accordance with RSA 100-A:4.
2. (b) Upon issuance of a notice of service adjustment pursuant to Ret 304.10 or in response to a petition for service adjustment filed pursuant to Ret 304.03, the NHRS shall grant any service credit which had been incorrectly denied a member in accordance with RSA 100-A:4 and RSA 100-A:16.
