A person who violates any rule of Res 8500 shall be guilty of a violation as provided for by RSA 215-A:19, I and RSA 215-C:34, I and shall be subject to a fine pursuant to RSA 651:2, III-a, IV(a), and Res 7802.04 and 7802.06.
