Any funds which are part of a grant-in-aid project that are not used by the club or political subdivision for the purposes authorized by the approved application shall revert to the grant-in-aid program. Any remaining balances shall not be used for any other purpose by any club or political subdivision unless prior written permission is received from the bureau.
