Any project for snow removal from parking lots shall include the following to be submitted with the application:
- (a) A map clearly showing the location of the parking lot;
- (b) A detailed description of the parking lot including the size and approximate number of parking spaces available; and
- (c) An estimate of the expected cost of snow removal for the upcoming winter season.
