1. (a) Any person who provides the director with an administrative plea to consent to the charge of a violation pursuant to Res 7802.04(e), shall also pay the administrative fine, received within 20 days from the date of the notice of violation. If paying by check or money order, the fine shall be made payable to treasurer, state of New Hampshire.

2. (b) Administrative fine payments shall be mailed or hand-delivered to:

   Department of Resources and Economic Development

   Division of Forests and Lands or Division of Parks and Recreation (as appropriate)
