No person shall use the following equipment on the Franconia Notch recreational trail:

1. (a) Skateboards;
2. (b) Roller skates, rollerblades, or roller skis;
3. (c) Children’s tricycles shall be prohibited except where permitted from the parking lot to the Old Man Viewing Area;
4. (d) Motorized bicycles; or
5. (e) Electronic Personal Assistive Mobility Devices (EPAMD), such as Segways.
