Possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted on DRED properties except as listed in this section:

1. (a) At certain seacoast beaches, possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be prohibited pursuant to Res 7303.09(b);
2. (b) At the state operated ski area, consumption of alcoholic beverages shall only be permitted in designated areas pursuant to Res 7304.06;
3. (c) In Pawtuckaway, possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be prohibited at the beach area and adjoining picnic area and other areas as posted;
4. (d) In Silver Lake, possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be prohibited;
5. (e) In Livermore Falls, possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be prohibited; and

6. (f) In the following state historic sites, possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be prohibited unless permission has been granted through the provisions under Res 7400:

   1. (1) Fort Constitution;
   2. (2) Fort Stark;
   3. (3) Frost Farm;
   4. (4) Hannah Duston historic site;
   5. (5) Pierce Homestead;
   6. (6) Webster Birthplace; and
   7. (7) Weeks state park.
