Acceptable Use of Funds

Funds shall be used for training programs including but not limited to:

(a) Structured, on-site laboratory or classroom training;
(b) Basic skills;
(c) Technical skills;
(d) Quality improvement;
(e) Safety;
(f) Management and supervision;
(g) English as a second language; and
(h) Other training programs that enhance the state’s economic growth.
