N.H. Code Admin. R. Res 103.01 – Requests for Information

(a) Requests for information, including but not limited to, requests made pursuant to RSA 91-A:4, the Right-to-Know Law, shall be made directly to the division described in Res 102 which is responsible for the operation of the program for which information is being requested.
(b) All requests for information shall be addressed directly to the division as follows:
