Pursuant to 2022, 64:1 and 64:2, effective 7-19-22, the Board of Court Reporters was renamed and re-established as the Advisory Board of Court Reporters under RSA 310-A:162, I and RSA 310-A:163. The former rulemaking authority of the Board of Court Reporters was transferred to the Executive Director of the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification (OPLC) under RSA 310-A:164.

The Executive Director adopted Chapter Plc 1200 governing court reporters as an interim rule in Document #13547, effective 2-1-23. The Executive Director subsequently adopted and filed Document #13585, effective 3-23-33, repealing Chapter Rep 100 through Chapter Rep 500 of the former Board of Court Reporters. The repeal of Chapter Rep 100 through Chapter Rep 500 meant that Document #13547 containing Chapter Plc 1200 replaced all prior filings affecting rules of the former Board of Court Reporters.

The Executive Director subsequently readopted with amendment Chapter Plc 1200 as a regular rule in Document #13704, effective 8-1-23.
