- (a) All records shall be preserved by the utility for a period of 2 years unless otherwise designated by the commission's rules or the department’s rules governing the preservation of records, including Puc 604.04(b) and En 604.05 (g).
- (b) The utility shall make such records available to the commission or the department upon request at the utility's office located in the state of New Hampshire.
