1. (a) Each CNGS shall file annually, by no later than March 1 of each year, a report of its sales in the prior calendar year.

2. (b) The report required by (a) above shall include:

   1. (1) The name of and responsible reporting agent for the CNGS;
   2. (2) The date of the report;
   3. (3) The year covered in the report;
   4. (4) The number of New Hampshire customers, by rate class, by month, with annual totals; and
   5. (5) Sales volumes to New Hampshire customers, in dekatherm units, by rate class, by month, with annual totals.
3. (c) With each application for renewal, each CNGS shall file, on a confidential basis, a report listing any aggregators currently using the CNGS to provide service to New Hampshire customers, and the number of customers served by each listed aggregator.
