- (a) A renewable energy source certified under this part shall notify the commission in writing and within 10 days whenever there is a change in ownership, primary fuel, or any other information contained in its application for certification.
- (b) The commission shall revoke the certification of a renewable energy source when it determines upon investigation that any changed circumstances have rendered that source ineligible under RSA 362-F and this chapter.
- (c) The commission shall modify the certification of a renewable energy source when it determines upon investigation that any changed circumstances affecting the source require such modification to reflect the effect of such changed circumstances.
- (d) All REC eligibility revocations or modifications under this section shall be prospective only and, once created, no certificate shall be disqualified or removed from the GIS system.
