1. (a) Each CPA that serves as an LSE for its participating customers shall, not less frequently than once each year, provide to each of its customers an environmental disclosure label identifying the sources of its electric energy service and the environmental characteristics of such sources, using the customer’s preferred form of communication, as and when such actions are required of a CEPS pursuant to Puc 2004.05.
2. (b) Each CPA that serves as an LSE for its participating customers shall comply with all other requirements of Puc 2004.05, as and when such actions are required of a CEPS pursuant to Puc 2004.05.
