- (a) Except as otherwise prohibited by the commission, a utility and its competitive affiliates may make joint purchases of products and services that are not associated with the delivery of distribution services or generation and supply services.
- (b) The utility shall ensure that all joint purchases are priced, reported, and conducted in a manner that permits clear identification of the utility and competitive affiliate portions of such purchases, and in accordance with applicable commission rules.
