Communications Allowed

Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit communications between a utility and its affiliates necessary to:

(a) Provide default service as approved by the commission pursuant to RSA 369-B or RSA 374-F; or
(b) Restore service or to prevent or respond to emergency conditions.
