Consistent with any conditions imposed pursuant to RSA 541-A:32, III, the petitioner, the department, the OCA, and any party granted intervenor status may conduct cross-examination of a witness. The party’s scope of cross-examination shall be limited to topics relevant to issues within the noticed scope of the proceeding.
