Part 204 applies to:

1. (a) Proceedings conducted pursuant to RSA 365 other than rulemakings;
2. (b) Proceedings conducted pursuant to RSA 369;
3. (c) Proceedings to acquire property or rights pursuant to RSA 371;
4. (d) Proceedings conducted pursuant to RSA 374:3-a, RSA 374:7, RSA 374:22 -:36, RSA 374:34-a; RSA 374:7, RSA 374:37-40, RSA 374:41-47, and RSA 374:47-a.
5. (e) Proceedings related to the implementation or enforcement of RSA 374-F, and RSA 374-G;
6. (f) Rate proceedings conducted pursuant to RSA 378 when the commission exercises its rights to suspend a proposed rate schedule pursuant to RSA 378:6;
7. (g) Commission reviews of integrated distribution plans pursuant to RSA 378:40;
8. (h) Any other proceeding in which a person is entitled to notice and hearing;
9. (i) Any other docket when the commission determines it would be just and reasonable and in the public interest to conduct the case as an adjudicative proceeding per RSA 541-A;
10. (j) Proceedings conducted pursuant to RSA 362-A;
11. (k) Proceedings conducted pursuant to RSA 362-I:2;
12. (l) Proceedings upon the commission’s own motion pursuant to RSA 366:7; and
13. (m) Proceedings initiated by the department related to affiliate contracts pursuant to RSA 366:9.
