Consistent with RSA 541-A:31,VII, the entirety of all oral proceedings shall be recorded verbatim by the commission, and the recording shall be maintained for at least 30 days from the date of the final decision by the commission or an appeal, if applicable. Copies of recordings may be requested in writing to the commission.
