- (a) At any time during a proceeding, the commission may ask participants or parties questions which are relevant to the noticed issues in the proceeding, to be answered in writing or orally within a time period determined by the commission.
- (b) Responses to commission information requests shall contain the name of the person who completed the information request, their position with the responding party and contain an oath or affirmation as to the accuracy of the information.
- (c) The author of the response shall be available at hearing to answer questions from the commission and be subject to direct and cross-examination.
- (d) If a commission information request is asked at the final hearing, the commission shall provide an opportunity for the parties to review the information submitted and file a rebuttal, if necessary.
