(a) Any person may appear before the commission:
- (1) On one's own behalf;
- (2) By an attorney authorized to practice in any state or the District of Columbia and whose license is in good standing;
- (3) By an employee and authorized agent; or
- (4) By any person the commission authorizes, pursuant to RSA 365:10-a, to act as a representative of the person before the commission.
(b) Any person appearing before the commission shall file a “Notice of Appearance”, Form 200A (12/2024) and adhere to:
- (1) The commission’s administrative rules; and
- (2) Any orders of the commission in the docket.
(c) The following information shall be contained in the “Notice of Appearance” form;
- (1) Docket number, docket name, and docket description;
- (2) Name and contact information, and bar number for attorney representatives;
- (3) Name and contact information for any person, other than the attorney representative, that the attorney representative is requesting to be added to the docket service list;
- (4) Name and contact information for pro se individuals; and
- (5) A signed acknowledgement of the pro se litigant’s obligation to keep the commission up to date with their contact information.
- (d) The commission shall prohibit the appearance of any person described in (a) above if it finds that person to have demonstrated a disregard for commission practices and procedures or otherwise disrupted commission proceedings.
