Docket and Calendar of Hearings

The commission shall:
- (a) Maintain a docket of all proceedings pending before the commission;
- (b) Keep a complete record of all the proceedings of the commission, including all books, maps, documents, and papers filed with the commission, and orders issued by the commission;
- (c) Maintain a record of all petitions, complaints, applications, rulemakings, investigations, and any other matters before the commission;
- (d) Maintain a calendar of all hearings scheduled before the commission; and
- (e) Maintain a service list for each proceeding of parties or participants to the proceeding.
