Customer's Bill Adjustments

(a) The utility shall make refunds or charges, as applicable, when testing done in accordance with Puc 1104.01(b) or (c) indicates an error greater than 3%.
(b) Such refunds or charges shall be made in accordance with the terms specified in the utility's tariff.
