N.H. Code Admin. R. Puc 103.01 – General Inquiries and Requests for Access to Records

(a) General inquiries about the commission may be transmitted to the clerk’s office at the address and telephone number specified in Puc 102.03(a).
(b) Any person requesting access to commission records under RSA 91-A shall direct a request for access as specified in (c) below.
(c) A request to access commission records shall be in writing, and:
1. (1) Identify as particularly as possible the information being sought;
2. (2) Include a statement that the requestor agrees to pay a copying fee equal to the greater of the actual cost of providing the copy or $0.25 per page, or an affirmative request that based on financial hardship the Requestor is asking for a waiver of the fee(s), if applicable; and
3. (3) Be transmitted to the clerk at the address specified in Puc 102.03(a).
