The commission’s jurisdiction shall include:
- (a) The general supervision of the state’s public utilities as outlined by RSA 374:3;
- (b) Acting as the arbiter between the interests of public utilities and customers; and
- (c) Ensuring that the rates, fares, charges, and prices to customers are just, reasonable, and lawful.
