N.H. Code Admin. R. Puc 101.07
“Document” means any paper or electronic record, including without limitation, any application, complaint, petition, motion, prepared testimony, date request, data response, exhibit, brief, written communication, or correspondence. With respect to an electronic record, “the term” does not include information that would not appear if the document were printed in paper form.
