- (a) Unless otherwise licensed under another provision of the board a licensed school psychologist-doctoral or licensed school psychologist-specialist licensed under Psyc 305 shall be limited to providing services in those settings that are provided in an educational institution unless those services provided outside the school relates to the licensee’s student.
(b) School psychologist-doctoral or school psychologist-specialist licensed under Psyc 305 shall not provide services outside the school setting unless the services are directly related to the student’s improvement of school functioning including but not limited to:
- (1) Learning;
- (2) Development;
- (3) Social and emotional functioning; and
- (4) Behavior.
