N.H. Code Admin. R. Psyc 303.04 – Temporary Licensure Application Process and Emergency Practice for Those Licensed in Another State

(a) Those applicants licensed in another state and who wish to obtain temporary licensure shall do so in accordance with Plc 305.
(b) An individual who currently holds a valid and unrestricted license to practice psychology in another state may practice psychology in New Hampshire when deployed in an official emergency action by:
1. (1) The state of New Hampshire;
2. (2) The American Red Cross;
3. (3) The American Psychological Association’s disaster response network;
4. (4) The Federal Emergency Management agency (FEMA); or
5. (5) Other entities that provide emergency services that the board shall designate for this purpose.
