- (a) CART providers shall have current certification as a “Certified CART Provider (CCP)”, as provided by the national court reporters association (NCRA).
(b) Sign language interpreters shall be:
- (1) Licensed by the board of licensure of interpreters for the deaf and hard of hearing under RSA 326-I; or
- (2) Certified by NH department of education as an educational interpreter.
