The ethical standards set forth in this part shall bind all licensees, and noncompliance with these standards shall constitute unprofessional conduct as used in NH RSA 315:9, I(c). The board shall investigate violations of these standards and impose disciplinary sanctions for such violations by following the disciplinary procedures set forth in Pod 200.
