Reinstatement of License

- (a) Any applicant whose license has expired for more than one year and who wishes to obtain a license shall apply for initial licensure as provided in Plc 304.
- (b) Applicants applying for licensure pursuant to (a) above shall provide proof of completion of continuing education for the 2 years immediately preceding the date of application which meets the requirements of Pod 402.
- (c) Applicants for reinstatement shall pay the reinstatement fee specified in Plc 1002.40.
